We deeply understand schedule is one major concern of our clients. Thus we provide our client very clear expected delivery date during the quote. 

After we receive the purchase order, we will assign a project lead for this order/client. The project lead will follow up all ongoing inquiries and submit the bi-weekly progress reports to our clients until the end of the purchase order.
