We have a dedicated person for each client. Please contact us if you have any technical or quality concerns. We will response your concerns within 2 business days. 

And We promise, if that is because of a product defect, we will: 

  1. Coordinate and Pay the cost of returning and resending.

  2. Pay or credit any cost due to repair in your facility (subject to approval).
